Day Delegate Rates
If you are searching for an affordable London conference venue that offers a range of meeting rooms including a tiered lecture theatre, look no further. Cost effective Day Delegate Rates are available on request.
Hold your meeting in our Lecture Theatre which can seat up to 220 people. With this option guests can enjoy refreshments in either the elegant Art Gallery, which has stunning views overlooking the aircraft halls below, or comfortable Halton Gallery which has floor to ceiling windows allowing plenty of natural daylight for the comfort of guests.
For cabaret style meetings, our Cosford Room can accommodate up to 160 people or for smaller meetings our Halton Gallery can accommodate up to 50 people.
Day Delegate Rates include:
- Hire of the relevant room from 9am to 5pm
- Furniture including a top table or lectern
- Data projector and presentation screen
- Laptop (if required)
- Access to the Museum from 10am to 5pm
- Complimentary Wi-Fi
- AV support for one hour during set up
- Venue management support
- Arrival tea, coffee and freshly baked pastries
- Mid-morning tea, coffee, biscuits
- Your choice of lunch including fruit juice – choose a sandwich lunch, finger buffet lunch, hot or cold fork buffet lunch*
- Mid-afternoon tea, coffee, cakes
- Mineral water in all breaks
