Our room hire charges for our conference facilities are listed below, but don’t forget that we also offer a range of Day Delegate Rates.
Daytime Events
- Boardroom meetings from £400.00
- Meeting spaces from £1,950.00
- Exhibition spaces from £2,150.00
- Day delegate rates are available on request
Daytime events include access to the Museum between 10am and 5pm and free car parking for delegates.
Room hire charges also include complimentary Wi-Fi.

Evening Events
- Receptions in our aircraft halls from £3,500.00
- Dinners in our aircraft halls from £6,000.00
- Boardroom, meeting and exhibition space available for evening hire (price on application)
Evening receptions and dinners include cloakroom facilities, AV technician support, security and event management support.

Audio Visual Equipment
Most daytime room hire charges include basic AV equipment, for example, a data projector with a projector screen or a plasma screen, and for larger meetings a PA system with a lectern with lectern microphone. Furthermore, all corporate guests receive complimentary Wi-Fi.
Additional AV equipment is available on request for a charge such as radio/lapel microphones, audio recording and videoconferencing facilities.
Our AV technician will be on hand to help during set up, if you require AV support all day a charge will apply.
For evening events our aircraft halls come equipped with atmospheric event lighting and PA systems for background music and speeches.
