The Tornado Challenge
31 January - 28 February 2025
This January we are celebrating the Tornado, and the amazing stories of its pilots and ground crew. Sign up to the Tornado Challenge and help the Royal Air Force Museum soar! We are asking our challengers to set their own distance and pledge to raise £50. Once you hit your distance target you will get a medal, if you hit your £50 pledge then you will receive one of our amazing Tornado t-shirts.
For this challenge we want you to choose your own distance. You can walk 20K, run 5K or cycle 200K. This is your challenge, and you set the rules. It’s virtual, so you can complete it anywhere in the world. The challenge starts on the 31 January and you have until Friday 28 February to complete it.
All you need to do is sign up below and purchase your entry. You can then set up fundraising page and get moving! When the challenge ends on the 28 February, we will send medals to all challengers who have hit their target distance. If you have completed your fundraising, we will also send you a unique challenge t-shirt as a thank you. Our t-shirts this time will be cotton, rather than running t-shirt material.
Your entry and fundraising will all go towards supporting The Royal Air Force Museum (registered charity number 1197541). We will continue to share the extraordinary stories of our Royal Air Force.
Entry information
Entry costs £22 per person and all proceeds will go towards the RAF Museum to enable us to continue telling the story of the RAF and the thousands of service men and women who served in it.
Our Armed Forces Community (Cadets, serving personnel, veterans, and reservists) will have the chance to enter at a discounted rate of £16.00. If you are taking part overseas please choose the non-UK entry, this has an additional £5 per entry to pay for postage. To enter the challenge click the button below and complete the sign up form.
