Help us Tell the Story of Historic Hendon

As part of the Royal Air Force Museum’s ongoing mission to share local stories about the history of Hendon we are creating some new display boards highlighting exciting local stories. These will be installed in our outside green space and are aimed at a family audience.
Here’s where you come in… we want to know the opinion of families who live near our London site about the stories and characters, in order to help shape what will be included in our new display.
What to do…
- Take a look at the Story Boards PDF – it shows draft display boards telling different stories about the history of Hendon from different time periods. Please show the boards to your children and ask their opinion too!
- Click on the following link and fill out our short survey about the boards and stories. We want your opinions, and this will help us to decide which boards to include in our new display. Historic Hendon Survey
- Share this email with any other local families you know, we want to gain as many responses from our local community as possible.
