Join an array of chefs, nutritionists and bakers in our delicious demo stage where we will be running a wide range of engaging demonstrations throughout the day so you can create your own food festival at home.

Our demonstrators include third-generation restaurateur and chef Kwoklyn Wan, who shares his passion for food by his articles, radio, TV appearances and cookbooks.

Chef and owner of the award-winning Wild Shropshire Restaurant, James Sherwin, offers a natural approach to following the seasons with your dining.

Gennaro Addagio is head chef at La Dolce Vita in Shrewsbury, where he showcases a different side to Italian cuisine and can explore his passion for creating exciting new dishes.

Lee Maddox is a local grown chef who has worked extensively in local restaurants with a passion for pastry and desserts. He wants to share his love of local ingredients and recipes which allows produce to really shine.

Leading nutritionist Eva Humphries focuses on a creative approach to food and its links to physical and mental wellbeing.

Kath Corfield is a baker and passionate about encouraging people to bake their own bread by sharing her own tips and tricks, no matter how busy your day is.

Also there is chef Cris Cohen from FEASTED demonstrating his “feast at home dinner party in a box” kits.

The demos will be full of tips and tricks to expand your own culinary skills, approach to using ingredients and how you think about food.
