Designed for the BAC TSR2, this engine provided 30610lbs thrust and was fitted with an afterburner (also seen on display next to the TSR2) which gave a thrust boost of approximately 50%. The engine has six stages of low compression, seven high compression stages and two single stage turbines. There is a water injection system used to restore take-off performance in hot climates.
