Adopt an iconic object from the collection and keep us flying

Play your part in sharing a century of aviation history by adopting one our iconic artefacts and support our work in the process!

You can adopt an artefact for yourself or pick one out as a gift for someone special. Simply browse through our list of some of the best-loved objects from our collection, available across three different tiers, starting at £25.00.

Your support will help us to continue sharing the RAF Story – past, present, and future – to engage, inspire and encourage learning for current and future generations.

Please note that orders must be placed by 12pm on Friday 20th December to receive your pack in time for Christmas. All other orders will be sent out in January.

How it works

Choose your artefact and click “adopt me” to process your adoption
You’ll then receive your welcome pack, including a fact sheet and postcard of your object. If you’ve adopted an object as a gift for someone, just make sure to provide their address and we can send it straight to them!

Please note: This is a virtual adoption, and so you will not receive the physical artefact.
